Your 90-Day Programme

You are not broken.

I was told at 21 that a natural pregnancy would be very difficult. Both my daughters are here because I refused to accept that as the whole story.

Fertility is not a ticking clock to be feared. It is the raw energy of life itself — unlocked when we stop enduring our cycles and start living by them.

I know exactly what it feels like to sit in that lonely, exhausting space — when every monthly bleed feels like a personal verdict. Over years of reading, researching, and going down rabbit holes, I found that the dots all connected between gut health, the nervous system, and hormones. I made myself mad that women are not routinely given this information. So I put together this programme — a deliberate, structured three-month window to give your body the conditions it needs.

Education only. Not medical advice. Always work alongside your GP.

My story

Two daughters. One thing I kept coming back to.

If you are reading this, you are probably exhausted. You have tracked, researched, optimised. And it still feels out of your control. That is exactly where I was.

At 21 I was diagnosed with PCOS and told natural conception would be very hard. Over the next twelve years I changed everything — food, movement, environment — and my cysts reduced significantly. My body changed because I changed how I lived. That part I know for certain.

What I did not know, when Carlos and I started trying, was how much cycle literacy mattered. How much his biology mattered. We spent a year trying before we understood our own timing. We did 90 days of deliberate preparation — acupuncture, diet, environment, both of us committed — and at the end of it, we did one round of IUI. Gioconda arrived. We cannot say exactly what did it.

Catalina can.

We tried for another year. IUI did not work. I was told my tubes were blocked and IVF was the only option. But I knew — in my body — that we had stopped doing the work. So we went back to the 90 days. Properly this time. Both of us. She arrived naturally.

I am not a doctor. I am someone who believed that the body, given the right conditions, knows what to do. I built this because I spent years finding that information alone, and you should not have to. This is what I found. And this is how to use it.

Everything here is education only and not medical advice. I always recommend working alongside your GP. No outcomes are guaranteed.

For the person beside you

Fertility is never one person's problem to solve.

50% of fertility is male. When both people are in this properly — the food, the environment, understanding each other's biology — everything changes. Carlos did this with me. It matters more than most people realise.
